1.The machine adopts polyionic composite and the mechanical rotation principle.

2.The machine adopts a unique design of garlic guillotine, to replace the difficult problems of manual breaking garlic root. Through this way that guillotine breaks garlic root, the garlic peeling can clean more thoroughly.

3.After Energized 25 seconds , the machine can peel the garlic fast and the peeling rate can be about 90%. The higher the rate the more dry peeling garlic. Dry garlic or dry garlic sprout generally 15 seconds to resolve. Fresh garlic or garlic with higher moisture ineffective, so dried or air-dried first before peeling.
