No grease required as they are non-stick

Although the silicone feels a little like rubber it does not act like rubber(obviously number one point is it does not melt in the oven!) Also importantlyit does not in any way affect the flavour of the food.

Totally flexible and always returns to its original shape.

I send them flat packed so you will see that as soon as you open yourparcel. - Exciting eh!!

There is a warning on it about handling whilst too hot.

Easy hand wash or put in the dishwasher.

Weight is approx. 35g. total.

Postagecosts - I try to be fair about postage costs. We charge only cost plus the VATthat we have to charge. The good news is that if you buy more than one itemfrom me I will usually reduce postage costs AND the more you buy themore the reduction. Please see postage costs quoted for this item on thislisting, there is a postage tab just below the photo that shows postage optionsand costs for first and additional items. The bad news - e bay’s calculator isnot flexible enough to mesh with Royal Mail’s charges so if e bay doesn’tcombine postage automatically, or if you buy several different items or even ifyou have bought more than 3 of any one item, ask for an invoice, that way I cancombine the postage costs. This will be done asap but within 24 hours. But forseveral smaller items, this usually means you get a big reduction AND I canpost them first class. (Reductions tend to be less for overseas buyers, sorry)Just be assured I will do my best for you. In the past I have refundedover-payments when new/naive buyers have paid too much. That is no longerpossible with our new Royal Mail contract as we pay average prices. Butplease it is much easier and more efficient if you request an invoice beforeyou pay. Again its that honest streak in me! Ill never be a millionaire. :-)

Western Europe delivery is usually 3-7 days

Eastern Europe - delivery is usually longer - varies widely from 5-25 days

Australiais our most popular long distance destination and items usually arrive within5-7 days

USA e bay have ruled thatwe can now only send to USA by a tracked service, I am sorry but thisdoes add to the cost for the buyers BUT I agree with e bay as we have had manyissues because of Homeland Security / Customs delaying items and US buyersbeing dissatisfied. This has obviously caused e bay issues too. So US buyersplease select the Airsure option when ordering.

Royal Mail do not consider an overseas parcel lost unti it is 25days overdue. Only THEN can I refund or replace. Except for the following;

Whilst we post items immediately and Royal Mail are fantastic,postal services in other countries are a lot less efficient. If you come fromthese countries, please note;

Russia- items can take 6-8 weeks to arrive, but I believe most Russians already knowthe system,

South America shipping time seems to be 6-8 weeks.If you are not happy towait that length of time, please do not buy from us.

IF you have any problems with any of my itemsjust let me know immediately and Ill sort it out. I have 6 figure feedbackwith very few negatives. This is because when occasionally there has been aproblem I have always tried to sort it out! Though occasionally some buyershaven’t realised that if they contact me (or hopefully any seller) we actually wantto sort out the problems. So PLEASE contact me if you are unhappy with myitems or my service before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Give me achance to put things right first!

Most of the problems I have had are becauseRoyal Mail has lost the parcel. I do always get a proof of posting, but RoyalMail do not consider a UK parcel ‘lost’ until it is 15 days overdue. Only THENcan I refund/replace etc. We have to allow Royal Mail to sort their problemsfirst. If an item that is too large to go through your letterbox does notarrive, I will ask you to go to your local sorting office.

Please note all Parcels posted through RoyalMail are insured for up to about £35 so for most of my items further insuranceis not necessary.

It really hurts being left an unfair feedback.Please think about that if/when you leave negative feedback, I DO take itpersonally. I am honest, I bend over backwards sometimes to be reasonable,responsible and efficient but despite that as one of my buyers put it if itsnot gold plated and delivered yesterday you cant please everyone! But I tryhard to have only satisfied customers.

Please note we always try to post on the dayor the next working day after I have received payment. Normally any item paidfor by 3.30 any weekday will be posted the same day but life happens and sothat is not always possible, but we try our best! I believe 99+% of myitems are posted within 2 working days of payment.

Items where buyer selects next day trackedoption will be dispatched at 4.30 each weekday, if paid after 4.30 then itemwill be posted the following working day.
